Pre-Heating Roll Production:
The MDO Preheating Roller is a key component in the MDO unidirectional stretching production line. It heats the plastic film so that it can better change its physical properties during the longitudinal stretching process, thereby improving the mechanical properties and transparency of the film. This heating process not only helps to improve the tensile strength and stiffness of the plastic film, making it more durable and stable, but also significantly improves the transparency and gloss of the plastic film, increasing its commercial value. In addition, the application of MDO Preheating rollers can also improve the heat sealing performance and printing performance of plastic films, and improve the processing performance and usability of products.
Pre-Heating Roll Features:
1. Non-stickiness: Almost all substances do not adhere to Teflon coating. Very thin films also show good non-stick properties.
2. Heat resistance: Teflon coating has excellent heat resistance and low temperature resistance. It can withstand high temperatures up to 300°C for a short time, and can generally be used continuously between 240°C and 260°C. It has significant thermal stability, and it can work at freezing temperatures without becoming brittle, and does not melt at high temperatures.
3. Abrasion resistance: Teflon coating has a low friction coefficient. The friction coefficient changes when the load slides, but the value is only between 0.05-0.15.
4. Corrosion resistance: Teflon is almost not corroded by chemicals and can protect parts from any kind of chemical corrosion.
Widely used in: rubber and plastic industry, textile industry, paper industry, food industry, chemical industry, P, C, B electronic electroplating industry.
